This room didn’t begin as a showpiece. It began as a desire: A place where bottles weren’t trophies but companions. Where the lighting stayed low, the conversations stayed honest, and the pace of life softened the moment you stepped inside.

Over time, it evolved into a curated retreat — part library, part lounge, part cabinet of curiosities — shaped by the spirits we love and the rituals that anchor us.

Step in and the first thing you notice is the warmth. Not just from the wood and the glow of the shelves, but from the welcome woven into every detail.

 

Bottles collected with care line the room:

• Bourbons that reward patience

• Rums with dessert‑leaning elegance

• Liqueurs that surprise with depth

• Oddities that earned their place through charm or nostalgia

 

And tucked neatly inside the room sits our humidor — home to our growing cigar collection. We don’t smoke cigars in the Sipping Room, but we do store them here, letting them rest and age until it’s time to enjoy them on the back porch or at our favorite cigar lounges.

 

Nothing here is precious. Everything is purposeful. This room is designed for exploration — neat pours, stirred cocktails, spontaneous tasting flights, and the occasional “try this and tell me what you think.”
