I’ll be honest: Dry Fly Washington Dry Gin did not win me over at first sight. In fact, I was skeptical from the start simply because it was gin — a spirit I’ve never gravitated toward. But when a friend of ours, who grew up in Washington state (the gin’s home turf), suggested we give it a try, I trusted his recommendation enough to take a sip. I wasn’t expecting much… which made what happened next all the more surprising.

4–6 oz Chilled tonic water (light, crisp style preferred)
