Ledges Margarita Cocktail

About the Cocktail

The Ledges Margarita Cocktail is one of those timeless classics that somehow feels brand new when Joey Connor teaches it. During the July 2026 Mixology “Barrel & Glass” class, this margarita became one of the stars of the evening — bright, citrusy, layered, and just indulgent enough with its duo of orange liqueurs. Joey’s choice of Altos Tequila and Grand Marnier gave the drink a deeper, more elegant profile, and yes … both bottles were promptly added to the Sipping Room after class. The empanada pairing from the Ledges chef didn’t hurt either; it elevated the margarita from “fun cocktail” to “full experience.”

His Take:

A margarita that doesn’t mess around — balanced, bold, and exactly what you want after a long week.

Her Take:

Smooth, citrus-forward, and delightfully easy to sip. It’s the kind of margarita that makes you smile before the first taste.

The Good Life:

This cocktail fits right in — simple ingredients, elevated flavors, and a moment worth savoring. It’s the kind of drink that turns an ordinary evening into a memory.
