Emerging from the sunny safety of summer, we’ll need all the best tools at our disposal; and that simply must be bourbon.
The famed whiskey from Kentucky has a way of taking many cocktails on a one-way trip to all-time classic status, a trajectory our bartenders this month take deadly seriously.
But of course they’re on a mission outside of superstardom: namely, to creak open the pantry door on the diverse and uniquely delicious bounty of fall ingredients and flavors for their creations!

Old Granddad Bonded is a high-rye bourbon that delivers bold spice and a strong character, bottled at 100 proof under the Bottled-in-Bond Act. Known for its punchy, peppery profile and lingering heat, it appeals to those who enjoy a more assertive bourbon. Old Granddad offers complexity with notes of cinnamon, oak, and citrus zest. It's a favorite among bartenders and enthusiasts alike for cocktails or neat sipping. A perfect backbone for something with spice!
Evan Williams Bottled in Bond, (often referred to as the white label) is approachable but full of flavor. Aged at least four years and bottled at 100 proof, it offers rich flavors of caramel, vanilla, and oak with a touch of spice. It has a smooth, balanced profile that works well both neat and in cocktails. For its price and quality, it's a staple in many bourbon drinkers’ collections.
Elijah Craig Small Batch is well-balanced and known for its deep flavor and smooth finish. It features rich notes of toffee, vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of baking spice, thanks to its relatively longer aging. Bottled at 94 proof, it strikes a nice middle ground between boldness and drinkability. Expect a complex bourbon that you won't want to shy away from!

The recipe cards (and how-to videos) guide you through mixing and garnishing the cocktails, step by step, and the glossary explains any unfamiliar bartending terms. Just follow our instructions, and you’ll create bar-quality drinks for yourself and anyone you’d like to show off to!
EVERYTHING YOU NEED BESIDES THE ALCOHOL
Each box includes all of the ingredients (other than the alcohol) for 12 cocktails (4 from each recipe). Everything you need—syrups, bitters, garnishes, aromatics, and more—is included; you just add the liquor. Our specialty syrups are house-made and we always aim to source the best of everything else.
All house-made ingredients are created in small batches in our production facility in Red Hook, Brooklyn, in an attempt to recreate the processes used in the best craft cocktail bars in the world. It's all made to the specs given by our award-winning bartenders, which we're here to translate for you! Every step of our process is taken care of in-house by our tight-knit production team, from hand-selecting garnishes, to cooking syrups and bottling bitters, to blending salt and sugar rims, to packing, sealing, and shipping boxes.
And for the finishing touch, each bartender recommends a bottle that’ll work well with the entire box, but our drinks will also taste great with your favorite brand or the bottle you already have at home.
