The Ingredients
Like every Standard Proof rye whiskey, Arabica Coffee is crafted with premium ingredients sourced from the freshest suppliers. Arabica Coffee starts with its unique whiskey recipe — a high rye mash bill with a touch of malted barley. These ingredients are complemented by the liquor’s infusion of 100% Arabica coffee, sourced directly from South America.
The Process
We start with a Straight Rye aged in new American oak barrels for a minimum of two years and then infuse with whole and ground coffee over the course of 12 weeks to balance the rye spice with coffee’s naturally aromatic flavor. Finally, our exclusive secondary filtration process removes over 80 parts per million of coffee back out of the whisky when it is then rested and bottled at 80 proof, the standard proof of whiskey.
