The Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
2 oz. Old Forester King Ranch
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
2 fresh strawberries
3 basil leaves
Strawberry slice and basil sprig for garnish
Instructions
Muddle strawberries and basil with simple syrup in a shaker.
Add bourbon and lemon juice, then fill with ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with a strawberry slice and a basil sprig.
