Aging: Aged for 5 years in retired American Oak Bourbon barrels — two years longer than what’s required by the Tequila Regulatory Council

How We Feel About the Spirit
We first came across Suavecito Extra Añejo Tequila after already committing to a bottle of Suavecito Añejo. Just as we thought our purchase was settled, the Suavecito representative leaned in with a smile and asked if we wanted to try something even more special.
From behind the table, he revealed a bottle of Suavecito Extra Añejo. One sip was all it took—smooth, rich, and layered with notes of caramel and chocolate that danced across the palate. It was the kind of taste that instantly convinces you a bottle belongs in your collection.
Naturally, we were ready to buy it on the spot. But to our disappointment, the rep told us they were sold out. That only fueled our determination. From that moment, we were on the hunt.
After a few visits and a bit of patience, we finally struck gold at Total Wine. There it was—the elusive Suavecito Extra Añejo. Needless to say, we didn’t hesitate. That bottle came home with us immediately, a prized addition to our collection.
