How We Feel About the Cocktail

Some cocktails demand attention, while others quietly lure you in—and The Blue Opal is downright dangerous in the best way. This radiant ocean-blue drink holds all the punch of a Long Island Iced Tea but swaps out the ordinary for something far more exciting. Smooth, refreshing, and deceptively easy to drink, it’s a recipe for carefree indulgence.

On the nose, it transports you somewhere warm and inviting—Caribbean fruity, tropical citrus, and blackberry weave together like a perfect spring or summer day. The first sip is pure refreshment, with lemon-lime brightness, blue curaçao’s citrusy depth, and hints of juniper berries and orange rounding out the experience.

This is a poolside cabana kind of cocktail, the kind you sip under the sun with no worries, just good vibes. A drink that represents Opal perfectly—radiant, fun, and full of energy.
