About This Wine from the Maker
Picked from this tiny and super special North-facing amphitheater-shaped vineyard at the base of the Caldwell estate, our SB offers an unbelievable array of all the things that make great wine great. Defined by an impeccable balance of acid, fruit and structure that’s perfectly supported by oaky nuances from our custom cooperage barrels, this mineral driven maven offers a ripe, round and totally pleasurable drink. Notes of lightly toasted sweet vanilla oak, Asian pear and white nectarines unfold in every sip, carried by a sophisticated backbone of salinity and mouthwatering acid.

Aged: Fermented in 33% new French Oak and aged for 5 months.
