When we first started building our Sipping Room collection, we knew—without a shred of hesitation — that a Clase Azul bottle would eventually grace our shelves. Their decanters are unmistakable: tall, sculptural, hand‑painted works of art that command attention even from across a dimly lit room. We already had the Clase Azul Tequila Reposado, and it quickly became one of the visual anchors of our collection. But as much as we dreamed of adding more, patience, budget, and shelf space kept us grounded. Collecting is a marathon, not a sprint… or so we kept reminding ourselves.
Then came Manila.
We were sitting in the high‑end bar inside the Marriott, unwinding after a long day, when something familiar caught our eye. That silhouette — tall, elegant, crowned with its signature bell cap. We didn’t know which expression it was at first, but we knew it was Clase Azul. The bartender noticed our curiosity and brought it over. Clase Azul Tequila Plata.
