An extraordinary bottled-in-bond blended straight whiskey that only Jack Daniel's could make. Our Triple Mash Blended Straight Whiskey is a blend of bonded American Malt, Rye, and Tennessee Whiskeys. A perfect blend of sweet, spice, and oak.
The Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 stipulates four very specific requirements to qualify a whiskey as bottled-in-bond.
First, Bonded whiskey must be from a single distillery
And, it must be from a single distillation season
The whiskey must be aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least 4 years
And finally, the whiskey has to be Bottled at 100 Proof

Some bottles come home with you because they surprise you at just the right moment. After our Jack Daniel’s Distillery tour — where we tasted a curated lineup of their classics — we headed to their new bar, Barrel House 1, for one more round of exploration. That’s where the Bonded Triple Mash first crossed our glasses.
It was the kind of pour that made all three of us — Jeff, Ashley, and me — pause long enough to say, “This one feels right.” Sweetness from the malt and bourbon, spice from the rye, and a balance that felt both familiar and new.
So we chose it. One bottle, one family decision, now sitting proudly in the Sipping Room among its Jack brethren.

Triple Mash hits that middle ground I’m always hunting for — sweet enough to be approachable, spicy enough to stay interesting. I liked how the rye didn’t overpower anything; it just nudged the sweetness forward and kept the sip lively.
At the bar, when we tasted through the flight, this one stood out because it didn’t try too hard. It wasn’t the loudest or the boldest, but it was the most balanced. The kind of whiskey that feels like it knows exactly what it’s doing.
It’s a bottle I’ll reach for when I want something steady, something that doesn’t need a special occasion to justify the pour.

As someone still learning her way around whiskey, Triple Mash felt welcoming. I don’t have decades of tasting notes tucked away, but I know what feels good — and this one did.
The sweetness was the first thing I noticed, soft and friendly. Then the rye spice showed up, not in a sharp way, but like a little spark that made me pay attention. I loved that it didn’t overwhelm me. Instead, it felt layered — like I could explore it without feeling out of my depth.
And the sentimental part? Choosing it together. Jeff with his confident nod, Ashley with her quick grin, and me feeling proud that my palate agreed with theirs. Now, every time I see the bottle in the Sipping Room, I remember that moment of shared discovery.

This drink looks light in the glass, but don't let that fool you. The "Blonde" Boulevardier swaps out the dark, sugary vermouth for a crisp blanc version and herbal Bonal. It’s a sophisticated, slightly bitter mix that highlights the toasted oak and honey notes of our Triple Mash instead of covering them up.

1 oz Jack Daniel's Bonded Triple Mash
0.75 oz Blanc Vermouth
1 oz Bonal Gentiane-Quina
Lemon Peel
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
Add ice and stir for dilution
Strain over fresh ice (big cube) in an old fashioned glass
Garnish with a "horse-neck" lemon peel
