How We Feel About the Mi Familia Flores Cristalino Anejo Tequila
Joint Introduction
Our Mi Familia Flores story began with a friendly nudge from the Spirits Manager at Total Wine Nashville — the kind of moment that changes everything. “You two need to try this,” he said, and that’s how the Cristalino Reposado found its way into our Sipping Room. We shared it with friends and family, and before long, it became the bottle everyone asked for. Alabama shelves may be bare, but Nashville keeps us stocked.
Then came the Reserva Suprema Añejo — a bottle that felt like a milestone.
So when Total Wine Nashville announced a sale on every Mi Familia Flores bottle, we didn’t even blink. We looked at each other, smiled, and said, “Should we get them all?”Of course we should. We ordered them online, picked them up, and brought home the entire family.
We haven’t opened them yet — but soon, we will. The Cristalino Añejo is calling.
His Take
The Cristalino Añejo feels like the smooth talker of the bunch — aged enough to have depth, filtered enough to have charm. I’m expecting a tequila that’s rich but refined, with hints of vanilla and oak that glide instead of punch. It’s the kind of pour that could win over even the whiskey loyalists. I’m betting it’ll be dangerously easy to sip.
Her Take
This one intrigues me — the idea of an Añejo that’s been polished into clarity feels like a metaphor for balance. I’m expecting elegance, a little sweetness, and a finish that feels like silk. The Cristalino process always fascinates me — it’s like watching time and craftsmanship meet in a single glass. I imagine this one will taste like confidence wrapped in grace.
Joint Closing
Here’s to the bottles that remind us that clarity doesn’t mean simplicity — His, Hers & the Good Life.

How One Should Enjoy the Bottle
The Cristalino Añejo walks the line between sophistication and versatility. It’s refined enough to sip neat, but playful enough to shine in a cocktail that respects its character.
