Akori Gin Cherry Blossom is the result of the right combination of grain alcohol majorly based on rice, juniper and suggestive selection of Japanese-inspired botanicals among which the cherry blossom stands out.
The Freshness of juniper, the delicate notes of the dragon fruit, the citric nuances of kumquat and the lightly spiced flavor of ginger perfectly marry with the subtle notes of the cherry blossom. This balanced combination of citric and floral brings some fresh nuances that evolve into a soft and silky end in mouth.

We found it while wandering the aisles of Total Wine in Nashville — not hunting, not researching, just enjoying the moment. Akori Cherry Blossom is a Japanese‑inspired gin produced in Barcelona, crafted with a rice‑based spirit and infused with botanicals like cherry blossom, ginger, kumquat, and dragon fruit. The result, according to tasting notes, is a floral, citrus‑kissed gin with gentle sweetness and aromatic lift — a modern expression that blends Japanese sensibility with Spanish craftsmanship.
