How We Feel About the Spirit
We picked up a bottle of Appleton Estate Reserve 8 Year Rum after seeing it recommended for Shaker & Spoon’s Rum Pum Pum Pum cocktail box, and it immediately felt like a worthy addition to our Sipping Room. Crafted in Jamaica and aged for eight years, this rum carries the hallmarks of Appleton’s tradition — warm spice, gentle oak, and a whisper of fruit that promises depth without heaviness.
There’s something inviting about a spirit that balances character with approachability, and this one seems poised to do exactly that.
