Irish Cactus Recipe with Baileys

Deceptively simple but brimming with flavour, the Irish Cactus cocktail brings Baileys and tequila together to create a bold and original drink you can whip up any time you fancy. The only extra ingredient you’ll need is a cinnamon stick!


Ingredients


  • 1.5oz Baileys Cinnamon Churros Irish Cream Liqueur

  • 1oz Don Julio Tequila

  • Cinnamon sticks to garnish


Directions


STEP ONE

  • Grab your cocktail shaker and fill it with ice cubes.


STEP TWO

  • Add 1.5oz Baileys Cinnamon Churros Irish Cream Liqueur and 1oz tequila to the shaker. Shake it baby!


STEP THREE

  • Strain into a short glass over ice (preferably a large ball of it, so it doesn't melt too fast). Garnish with a cinnamon stick.


STEP FOUR
