About This Spirit from the Maker
We've been making exceptional Tennessee Whiskey since before the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Our Jack Daniel's Bonded Tennessee Whiskey is created from our classic Old No. 7 recipe made in one distilling season, aged for at least four years in our federally bonded barrelhouses, and offered at 100 proof.
Aroma: Seared corn and caramel with light hints of vanilla and butterscotch
Taste: Toasted marshmallow and maple
Finish: Oaky, sweet, and slightly herbal

How We Feel About the Spirit
Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey: A His, Hers & the Good Life Story from the Sipping Room
Written by Nancy Fae for His, Hers & the Good Life
Joint Introduction
Our Jack shelf in the Sipping Room was already flirting with capacity when Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey appeared on our radar. We were browsing Whiskey Advocate’s Top 20 Most Exciting Whiskeys — just a casual evening ritual of curiosity and discovery — when 2022’s #1 stopped us in our tracks. A Jack. Our Jack. Jack Daniel’s Bonded.
Surprised? Absolutely. Proud? Even more. Seeing a bottle from Lynchburg crowned with such an accolade felt like a win for Tennessee itself. Add in its GOLD medal from Fred Minnick’s Ascot Awards, and suddenly this wasn’t just another bottle — it was a bottle with a résumé.
And as fate would have it, our Total Wine in Nashville had it sitting right there on the shelf. Sold. Now it stands proudly in the Sipping Room, unopened, waiting for a moment worthy of its reputation.
His Take (Jeff’s Voice)
There’s something about Bonded that feels like a nod to heritage and craftsmanship. Maybe it’s the Bottled‑in‑Bond legacy, maybe it’s the way the bottle carries itself — square‑shouldered, confident, no nonsense. When I saw it ranked #1, I felt that familiar Tennessee pride kick in. Jack isn’t just a brand to me; it’s part of home.
This bottle feels like the kind you open when something big happens — when you want to mark a moment, not just fill a glass. So for now, it sits on the shelf, reminding me that some things are worth waiting for.
Her Take (Nancy Fae’s Voice)
Bonded has an energy that feels both elevated and grounded. It’s the kind of bottle that doesn’t need to shout to be impressive — it simply is. When I saw it on Whiskey Advocate’s list, I felt that spark of excitement, the kind that makes you lean in and say, “Well now… what’s this about?”
Bringing it home felt like adding a crown jewel to our Jack collection. I love that it’s waiting for a special occasion. There’s something romantic about anticipation — letting a bottle become part of the story before it ever touches a glass.
Joint Closing — His, Hers & the Good Life
His Note (Jeff):
Bonded reminds me that good whiskey isn’t just about taste. It’s about timing. When we finally open it, I want it to be a moment we’ll talk about for years.
Hers Note (Nancy Fae):
This bottle feels like a celebration waiting to happen. I love seeing it on the shelf, knowing it’s reserved for something meaningful, something worthy.
The Good Life:
In our world, the Good Life is built on intention — choosing what matters, savoring what’s special, and celebrating the moments that deserve a little extra. Jack Daniel’s Bonded fits right in.

How to Enjoy
When the day comes—and it will—here’s how we plan to enjoy Jack Daniel’s Bonded:
Neat in crystal glasses to honor its Bottled‑in‑Bond heritage.
Slow sips to appreciate its depth and structure.
Paired with a quiet evening, maybe a celebratory playlist, maybe a toast to something big.
Shared with people who understand the significance—because some bottles deserve an audience.
Bonded isn’t a casual pour. It’s a moment-maker.
